Dorrine Mae Buddle Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and dear friend passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 25,2022, surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness. She was 84 years old. Dorrine Mae Provost was born August 27, 1937 to Harold and Violet (Lange) Provost in Saginaw MI. She was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church in Saginaw. Dorrine will be sadly missed by her three children and spouses; Dale Jr (Joyce) Buddle, Cheryl Maciejewski, Bill (Linda) Buddle. Also, her four grandchildren Dan (Tracey), Stephani (Erick), Billy (Monica) and Bethany. Along with five great- grandchildren Marcus, Lincoln, Tyler, Cody and Emersyn, and many dear friends, nieces, and nephews. She leaves behind her dear friend and brother-in-law David (Bud) Roberts who has been so good to her over the years & helping us with her pets. She married her true love Dale Buddle on Jan. 7, 1955. They were truly blessed with 60 years of marriage creating so many memories and traveling to different places. She was predeceased by her loving husband and dance partner, on Oct. 28, 2015. He will be greeting her with a bouquet of daisies ready to dance! Dorrine always lived her life to the fullest. She had many passions. She enjoyed playing cards several times a week with her friends and working out at Freeland’s Sportzone. She loved traveling and adventures with friends and family. She always loved animals and leaves behind her cat, George. She loved her family and enjoyed all games, parties, and events she could attend over the years of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. It brought her tremendous joy even the short visits. She attended many car shows over the years with her husband and still went when it wasn’t too hot or interfered with cards. She was an active, young 84 year old. Dorrine had worked at Suburban Dry Cleaners for many years, K-Mart, and Boehler’s Greenhouse. She was always busy and very sociable. Her wishes were to be cremated and remains will reside at Roselawn Cemetery. Those wishing to express sympathy may give donations to the family to use as they wish or Saginaw Co Animal Shelter. An open celebration of Dorrine’s life will be held on June 6th from 3-6pm at Second Presbyterian Church, 2665 Midland Rd, Saginaw. If you have a classic car drive it that day! The family would like to thank Covenant Healthcare, her doctors and all who cared for her and the great care she received. She always expressed how pleased she was with them.
